According to the billionaire, for this land he received from the fund a plot of 12 hectares in the village of Uspenskoye in Rublevka. Navalny, however, insists that the businessman is lying. As the politician explains, the land in the Assumption Usmanov bought from two commercial firms and the acquisition of one and the transfer of the other site has no connection.

The press service of the USM Holdings said that a plot of 12 hectares in Uspensky was owned by the East Invest groups, with which the STSGOSPROPECT had an agreement on the joint development of the site.
