On April 14, the Tverskoy District Court considered more than 20 administrative cases of those detained on March 26 in Moscow at an anti-corruption rally. In total, 1,043 people were detained in the center of Moscow. To date, about 330 court hearings have already taken place.
According to OVD-Info, 22 meetings were held on April 14. Of these, all but two were under non-arrest Article 20.2 Part 5 of the Administrative Code - violation by a participant of a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing. The minimum sanction is a fine of 10,000 rubles, the maximum is compulsory work for up to 40 hours.
The court arrested Konstantin Zelenin and Vyacheslav Maltsev for 15 days under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - disobedience to a lawful order or requirement of a police officer (the minimum sanction is a 500 ruble fine, 15 days of arrest is the maximum).
Under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code, fines of 20 thousand were imposed on two people, 15 thousand on ten people, and 10 thousand on four people.
Several meetings have been postponed, and the results of some are still unknown.
