
Representatives of colony No. 5 in the Altai Territory apologized to the activist Ildar Dadin. This was reported on Twitter by his wife Anastasia Zotova.

The letter was signed by the head of the colony by Ivan Lamtyugin. The document also notes that Dadin in connection with the termination of his case has the right to rehabilitation and compensation.
Dadin became the first and only convict under an article on repeated violations at rallies. In 2015, the court sentenced him to three years in a colony, but later the term was reduced to two and a half years. The Supreme Court canceled the sentence on February 22, 2017 after the Constitutional Court recognized the onset of criminal liability only on the basis of the repeated offense of the contradictory constitution. Dadin was released on February 26.
In early March, it became known that Dadin decided to achieve rehabilitation and compensation for illegal criminal prosecution. In early April, the public collegium for complaints about the press recognized the reports of the REN TV channel about Dadin and his wife ineffable propaganda.
After the cancellation of the sentence, Dadina was already delayed twice the police. On March 10, he was detained while trying to hold a picket near the FSIN building, but on the same daythey released . On April 2, he was among the detainees for a picket near the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate (Petrovka, 38). The activist was drawn up and released from the police.
