Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko earned 5.9 million rubles in 2016 (5.2 million rubles in 2015, 3.5 million rubles in 2014). His wife Irina declared 103 million rubles in 2016 (9.6 million rubles in 2015). The governor's income comes from his salary, interest on deposits, and the sale of a Land Rover Range Rover Sport, his representative explains. Last year, Drozdenko bought a new Volvo XC 90 and a Harley-Davidson Tri Glide Ultra motorcycle.

The governor's representative explains the increase in Irina Drozdenko's income by the sale of 25% of shares in Ust-Luzhskaya PTK LLC, which is building a terminal for transshipment of petroleum products with a capacity of 1.6 million tons. According to SPARK-Interfax, on April 15, 2016, Dmitry Slepov (former co-owner of LOESK) became the owner of 25% of shares. At the same time, nothing has changed in the vice-governor’s property. Securities were sold, explained Yalov’s representative. The incomes of the other vice-governors range from 2.4 million to 7.7 million rubles. The wealthiest spouse is that of vice-governor Sergei Yakhnyuk, in 2016 she earned 13.3 million rubles (in 2015 – 9.6 million rubles). At the same time, her property has not changed.

The highest income among the regional committee chairmen belongs to the chairman of the committee on tariffs and pricing policy, Artur Kiyski: 9.3 million rubles. Before becoming an official in October 2016, he worked as the director of economics and finance at JSC Teploset Sankt-Peterburga.

The chairmen of other committees declared incomes from 1.8 million to 5.6 million rubles. In 2015, their incomes ranged from 1.6 million to 11.2 million rubles.
