Earlier, the government decided to increase the fares of heavy trucks on federal routes by 25% from April 15, abandoning the initial plan to double the tariff.

On March 28, truckers in Dagestan joined the strike. A few days later they were blocked by OMON and the National Guard; It was reported that drivers were damaged by four trucks.
