Three people detained during the New Opposition’s walk in St. Petersburg were left in police department No. 28 overnight: Alexander Rastorguev (leader of the movement in St. Petersburg), Alexander Barinov and Ilya Butov. All of them are accused of carrying out an uncoordinated action (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The hearing of their cases will take place on April 17 in the Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg. Activist Arkady Orlov told OVD-Info about this by phone.
