An activist and cameraman were detained at a single picket in Cheboksary

In Cheboksary during the afternoon, during a one-man picket in support of Vyacheslav Maltsev, activist Vyacheslav Rybakov and his colleague, who filmed the picket on video, were detained. OVD-Info was informed about this by phone. According to the activists, the detention was provoked by an NOD activist who approached a single picket with a banner; he was not detained.

The detainees were taken to police department No. 1, and a protocol is being drawn up against them for organizing an uncoordinated picket (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
