Detainees in St. Petersburg are released from the police

On April 16, during the New Opposition’s walks in St. Petersburg, they were taken to several police departments: the bulk of the detainees (16–17 people) were in police department No. 1, another six people were in police department No. 28, and five detainees are known to be in 71 police departments .

Detainees OGON observers report by phone that all activists were released from police department No. 1 without drawing up reports. Police department No. 71 released everyone, drew up reports, but wrote that the detainees refused to sign them, citing Article 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

In OP 28, an administrative violation report was drawn up against the leader of the “New Opposition” in St. Petersburg, Alexander Rastorguev, and two other activists (the article is unknown), the rest of the activists from this police department were released after taking explanations.
