What to look at West Wind

On April 19, the next West Wind festival will begin in St. Petersburg, the program of which is traditionally consists of European applicants for Oscar. Exactly these films plus “Welcome”, by the way, will be included in the abbreviated Moscow program of the festival, which will begin on April 21 in the “Cinema Formula on Lubyanka”.
