Ingeborg Dapkunaite will play in the muscle "Circus"

On May 11–13, the Premiere performances of the Musik “Circus” in the production of Maxim Didenko based on the film of the same name Grigory Alexandrov 1936 will be held in the theater of nations. The main role will be played by Ingeborg Dapkunaite.

“There will be clowns, real tricks and an orchestra in the play - in the circus sometimes breathtaking, but then it must certainly be fun,” the site of the Theater of Nations reports.

Director Maxim Didenko defines the style of his performance as retro -futurism: "The action takes place in the conditional future, which was invented in the distant past."

The play also composer Ivan Kushnir, artist Maria Tregubova, choreographer Vladimir Barnava, co -author of the staging Konstantin Fedorov, light artist Ivan Vinogradov and video artist Ilya Starilov.

In addition to Ingeborg Dapkunaite, who has already collaborated with Didenko in his play “Idiot” , Pavel Akimkin, Stanislav Belyaev, Sergey Epishev, Gurgen Fomin, Andrei Fomin, Elena Nikolaeva, Natalya Nozdrina, Gladston Makhibin, Danila Rassomakhin, Pavel are employed in his play “Circus”. Rassomakhin, Anton Eskin, Vano Miranian and Alexei Miranov.
