Krasnodar will take part in the all-Russian action “Fed up” on April 29, 2017, organized by the Open Russia movement.
The organizers of the action intend to demand from the Russian President “compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, in particular, the principle of alternation of power.” The ultimate goal of the organizers is to ensure that Putin does not put forward his candidacy in the 2018 presidential elections.
On April 14, Krasnodar activists of “Open Russia” submitted a notice to the city administration to hold a rally “In support of the constitutional order” on April 29. Against the nomination of Vladimir Putin for another presidential term,” followed by a demonstration before the president’s reception.
Today, April 17, a response was received.
City administration officials banned the demonstration, so on April 29 at 14-00 to 17:00 in the park. On the 30th anniversary of the Victory, only a rally will take place, without a subsequent demonstration.
Activists of “Open Russia” invite all Krasnodar residents and guests of the city who are “also tired” of Putin to attend the event.
The organizers admit that they will be glad to see supporters of Alexei Navalny at the event, whose election headquarters recently opened in Krasnodar and has already been attacked by a detachment of grandmothers “For Putin”.
“On April 29 there will be a rally against the nomination of Vladimir Putin for another presidential term. I urge all Krasnodar residents who are tired of Putin to come to it. I especially want to see supporters of Alexei Navalny on it, since it is quite possible that he will very soon replace Putin as president,” said Yana Antonova, chairman of the regional branch of Open Russia.
On April 29, the Open Russia movement will hold an all-Russian “Fed up” action against Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Notifications of public events have already been submitted in 20 cities of Russia, and it is expected that the list of cities participating in the action will be expanded.
“There are hundreds of thousands of us and we live in the most beautiful country, but we are sick of living on miserable wages and pensions, skimping on food and clothing, enduring corruption and holding on, listening to lies on TV, driving on broken roads, going to crumbling clinics, enduring arbitrariness judges and police, tolerate corruption and hold on, fear everything. The fat oil years enriched the president's friends (Timchenko, Sechin, Rotenberg, etc.), and the rest of Russia remained, in almost all indicators, at the level of third world countries. We can not only say who we’re tired of, but also drive out the swindlers and thieves from their homes!” says the announcement of the “Fed up” campaign.
