Judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Larisa Semenova at preliminary hearings extended the house arrest to the defendant of the swamp business Dmitry Buchenkov until October 6. This was announced by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom.
Semenova refused to satisfy the defense of the defense of returning the case to the prosecutor's office. According to lawyer Buchenkov Svetlana Sidorkina, the demand to return the case was based on the fact that before transferring him to the prosecutor’s office, the investigation did not consider several defense petitions submitted to the Investigative Committee on March 24. Lawyers did not receive an answer to them. On March 27, the case went to the prosecutor's office.
In addition to Sidorkina, Bolotnik is defended by Ilya Novikov. Investigators refused to allow the third lawyer - Ilnur Sharapov.
Dozens of writers, philologists, journalists and translators in an open letter demanded to immediately stop the pursuit of Buchenkov. "It is now obvious that the authorities decided to condemn Dmitry Buchenkov for other people's actions, not allowing him to give evidence of his innocence," the appeal says.
On March 2, Buchenkova was transferred from a pre -trial detention center under house arrest. Before that, he was kept in the metropolitan pre-trial detention center-5 "Vodnik".
The 38-year-old associate professor of political science and a participant in the anarchist movement Buchenkov was concluded in a pre-trial detention center since December 2015. He is charged with standard for marsh part part 1 of article 318 (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities) and part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots). According to the plot of the case, on May 6, 2012, Bushenkov attacked the police in Bolotnaya Square and turned street toilets. In total, six episodes are imputed - this is more than that of other defendants in the case. "Victims" in the case seven: six policemen and employee of the company "Ecuniversal".
Meanwhile, in reality, Buchenkov was not at all in Bolotnaya on May 6 - he only returned to Moscow from Nizhny Novgorod on the evening of that day. In the photo, the case file does not depict Bushenkov, but another person, which was confirmed by a portrait examination , which was carried out by the order of lawyer Sidorkina by the end of January 2016. The personality of a person in the photo is unknown; In the Bolotnik support group, he is called a visor.
The TFR stubbornly ignores both the results of this examination and the testimony of the stay of the accused in Nizhny Novgorod.
The swamp himself does not plead guilty.
