In Yekaterinburg, the court upheld a fine for a rally against corruption

The Sverdlovsk Regional Court rejected Anatoly Melchakov's appeal to impose a fine on him for participating in an anti-corruption rally. This is reported by the agency "New Day". In total, 9 appeals were filed with the regional court from residents of Yekaterinburg, who received fines for participating in the protest action.

Earlier, the Leninsky District Court fined Melchakov 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting).

In Yekaterinburg, a total of 12 people were detained at a rally against corruption.
