" The conclusion on the originality of the dissertation No. 270216-1, on the basis of which the article is written, contains eight pages of text. The site published a cover letter from the expert and analytical center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. On March 2, 2016, the Internet magazine “ 7x7 ” wrote news on the basis of this text and also published the conclusion of the expert center.
