According to the results of the competitive selection of Russian Ministry of Education, Mari State University was among the 22 support universities of the country, but will be able to rely only on regional financing. Eight Russian universities will receive federal financing for the implementation of development programs. “The Mari State University was selected among universities that will receive audit and expert support from the Federal Ministry and subsidies from the regional budget.
