The people of Marie need to return representation in the power of the Republic of Mari El

I adhere to the position of the rational: the nationality of a person is not important, but his efficiency is important in work and the benefits brought by him to society.
But, unfortunately, in our republic this principle was not implemented during the reign of Leonid Markelov. Moreover, the policy of national oppression was pursued against the people of Marie. Political imbalance and national confrontation were created.

I believe that the people of Marie have the full right to participate in the management of their original territory by the Republic of Mari El, in the same way as, for example, regional neighbors: Tatarstan, Chuvashia - both directly and through their representatives in the regional authorities.

In the formation of the new regional authorities, representatives of the Marie Marie must quite fully enter the representative composition of the highest structures of the government and the administration, to the deputy corps of the State Assembly of the Republic. I emphasize, along with representatives of most residents of the region - Russians by nationality. Both Marie and Russians are the main part of the inhabitants of our republic, and their representation in the authorities should be in the same quantities.

I believe that the newly elected head of the region should restore the post of chairman of the cabinets of the Minister of Republic (should also be significantly reduced by the number of ministers and other officials in the regional government, more details in the next post), while the following informal configuration should be observed: if the head of the region is not elected by Marie, Russian, Chuvash I.T.D., then the chairman of the ministers should be a representative of the Marie Marie. And vice versa.

Culturally in the city and in the region, a return to the Mari national color is needed. The governor of the governor Obolensky-Tynotkov is removed from the city center and move to the Tsarevokokshay Kremlin. Provide the opportunity to support representatives of the Mari traditional religion to create their "Center for the Mari traditional religion." Return the legitimate coat of arms and flag of the Republic of Mari El to use as symbols of the republic and authorities.

With changes in the Republic of Mari El, it became possible to begin to pursue a reasonable state national policy, which is the basis of the calm and peaceful coexistence of national cultures in the region in the future.

PS I doubt that the participation in the work of the “new government” of those few representatives of Marie who worked in the Markelov team will be useful for the republic.
