IKEA donates cat beds to Canadian animal shelter
Previously, shelter residents were forced to sleep on a “cold and hard floor.”
IKEA Canada donated ten Duktig doll beds to the Etobicoke Humane Society along with a small monetary donation.
The beds are designed for homeless cats living in the shelter, and each one also comes with a bed mat and reduced bedding - a sheet, blanket and pillow.
Our floors are easy to clean, but not very comfortable to lie on. Now cats like Catesby and Frankie have their own beds to curl up in.
