The FSB for the annexed Crimea and Sevastopol presented the main person involved in the third (Bakhchisarai) case of Crimean Muslims Enver Mamutov Additional accusation - under part 1 of Article 30 - Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code (preparation for violent seizure of power). Given part 2 of Article 66 of the Criminal Code of Russia (sentencing for an unfinished crime), such an accusation provides for up to 10 years of the colony.

On May 11, a year has expired from the moment of the detention of the accused in the Bakhchisarai case. Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Code (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization), which provides for a period of life, was previously imputed. Since this composition belongs to the category of particularly grave, part 3 of Article 109 of the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure (terms of detention) allows the Politsyk to extend the arrest and further - up to a year and a half.

Meanwhile, Memetov, Absitov and Abiltarova were charged with part 2 of Article 205.5 (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization), the sanction of which at the time of the episodes he sane was from 5 to 10 years of the colony.
