In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, investigators have completed a criminal investigation into two teenagers aged 16 and 17 years old, accused of torturing a 30-year-old acquaintance.
According to investigators , on December 15, 2016, four minor residents of the village of Aginskoye saw their 30-year-old acquaintance. During the conversation, a quarrel occurred between them “based on personal hostility.” A 17-year-old technical school student pushed the victim, causing him to fall to the ground and be unable to get up. After this, the group of young people went on to walk around the village.
Having reached the victim's house, they entered the yard and began to wait for his return. When the man arrived, two teenagers beat him and then carried him into the house. There, the 17-year-old defendant boiled a kettle and began pouring hot water on the man's head, then used a hot iron to burn various parts of his body and inflict two stab wounds to his thigh. The teenagers filmed everything that happened with a mobile phone camera.
The case against young people was initiated under paragraphs “c”, “d” of Part 2 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of moderate harm to health, not dangerous to human life and not entailing the consequences specified in Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, but causing long-term health problems committed by a group of persons with particular cruelty). The case was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
