The general director of the Urvista law firm Alexei Petropolsky notes that the share of commercial real estate in five -story buildings is small: a small business works in every tenth Khrushchev. But, given the scope of the program, there will be many entrepreneurs. According to his calculations, under the blow there will be 10-20 thousand companies and individual entrepreneurs.
The Association of Real Estate owners believe that there will be more victims. “The squares in Khrushchevs have always been a tidbine place for business. Take a look, today almost all the first floors of houses near the metro are occupied by hairdressers, pharmacies, and flower shops,” says Association President Vladimir Kapustin. In his opinion, the damage from renovation will be even greater than the demolition of temporary trading pavilions, thousands of hired employees - couriers, forwarders, and sellers will lose their work. “I think that this renovation will ruin or significantly worsen the situation of at least 100 thousand people,” Kapustin emphasized.

Currently, the authorities promise the owners who rent premises in Khrushchev for rent, compensation - either monetary, according to the cadastral value, or in the form of a similar area of ​​the area. Business representatives, in turn, indicate that 100 square meters. meters near the metro are not equivalent to 100 square meters. meters in the yard in the same area. At the same time, compensations are not provided for tenants.
