The city authorities offered to find an alternative venue, but the organizers of the action intend to hold it at the previously announced one.

“The purpose of the public event is to support the rights and interests of the inhabitants of the Republic of Kalmykia and express civil indignation and disagreement with rising prices and tariffs for housing and communal services, impoverishment of the population, low wages, mass unemployment, an increase in the tax burden and the cadastral value of land in the Republic of Kalmykia,” said the organizers of the rally .
