On April 18, the Administrative Commission for Juvenile Affairs and the Protection of Their Rights found 16-year-old Vladislav guilty of violating the established procedure for holding a rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). A fine of 10,000 rubles will be paid by the parents of the student. In the city police station No. 3, where the minor and six other people were taken, the police drew up a report only four days later - the graduate's parents did not have time to notify.

According to the publication, the organizers, activists of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, were also detained at the March 26 rally. Mikhail Besedin and Ilya Ermolaev were taken away from the rally, while Aleksey Vorsin was not allowed to go there at all, having intercepted his car on the way to the designated gathering place.
