Klintsevich, Kostyuchenko and their satellites did not have medical directions when applying for vouchers, but they told the staff that they had all the documents, but they would present them later. As a result, neither money nor documents were received.

In June last year, the court collected 285 thousand rubles from Klintsevich in this lawsuit. The senator of the prosecution rejected, claiming that as a participant in the war in Afghanistan, he had the full right to relax and be treated in the Rus sanatorium for free. At the same time, according to him, he never enjoyed this right.
