In the department, they showed Tabachny a protocol stating that about four years ago, pictures with Nazi paraphernalia were posted on his page on the VKontakte social network. According to Borisova, Tabachny was kept in a cell until the morning, and in the morning they were taken to court. The judge sent the case back for revision, and Tabachny was released. However, according to Borisova, the police send him “summons” on VKontakte, demanding to come to the department.
