In Voronezh, in the parking lot of truckers protesting against the Platon system, three more people were detained. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline.
According to the callers, the detainees are charged with article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer). As the coordinator of the Association of Carriers of Russia Pavel Enyakin, who was also previously detained and is in the police department, said, Mikhail Yesin and Anatoly Morkovsky were brought to the police department. He does not know about the third detainee.
Two detainees on the morning of March 21 - Vitaly Sychikhin and Denis Larin - were released from the police without drawing up protocols. According to Enyakin, a deputy from the Communist Party came for one of them, the second wrote an explanatory note. Two more people are in the department, they are charged with part 1 of article 19.4 (Disobedience to the lawful order of an official of the body exercising state supervision).
