In Voronezh, four people were detained in the parking lot of truckers protesting against the Platon system. Pavel Enyakin, coordinator of the Association of Carriers of Russia (OPR), informed OVD-Info about this.
Those detained included Enyakin himself, truckers Denis Shchelkanov and Vitaly S., and Denis Larin, whom the ODA coordinator described as a "sympathizer." They are charged with Article 19.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to the lawful order of an official of the body exercising state supervision). The police claim that the parking of trucks on Ostuzhev Street interferes with the repair work. According to Enyakin, work is underway at least 80 meters away, but police say there is a cable running at the truckers' parking lot.
The OPR coordinator noted that the whole week, during which the truckers were on Ostuzhev Street, the police, under various pretexts, tried to disperse them.
