On Thursday, at a meeting of the Victory Organizing Committee, all the attention of the public was focused on an exceptional public conflict between the two pro -Kremlin figures - the head of the organization of Afghanistan Veterans “Disabled War” Andrei Chepurny and Senator, a member of the Presidium of the General Council of “United Russia” Franz Klintsevich. Behind the dispute of two leaders of competing Afghan organizations, of course, there is a struggle for money and the location of political patrons. But the loud scandal hid other important points from the public: the meeting itself, the composition of the speakers and their speeches show a noticeable shift in accents on the victorious agenda.
