Navalny’s team activists detained for distributing stickers leave the police station

Five detainees in Moscow for distributing stickers as part of Navalny's election campaign were released from the Basmanny police station.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against activist Nikolai Kasyan under Article 20.20 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (drinking alcohol in prohibited places or using narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances or intoxicants in public places), while, according to Kasyan, he was charged with it is voiced that he allegedly swore obscenities.

With the other four detainees - Vitaly Serukanov, Pyotr Proskurkin and two girls - the police held preventive conversations, they did not draw up administrative protocols for them.
