The court found the activist guilty of disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and arrested him for 15 days.
After his release from the detention center (April 10), two days later, district police officer Yevgeny Yudin came to Andrey Chupyshev and asked for an urgent meeting. The policemen insisted on the activist’s virtually immediate visit to the department: “(If) you don’t come there, we will spend the night at your door until we catch you and bring you there by force,” a police officer who did not introduce himself promised Chupyshev.
Despite this, Chupyshev went to the department of administrative supervision only a few days later - after he was handed a summons "for interrogation as a person subject to preventive registration."
