After the publication of the TD, the former owner of an agricultural enterprise in the Khabarovsk Territory partially paid off his salary debts

Some of the workers of the Kotikovo agricultural enterprise in the Vyazemsky district of the Khabarovsk Territory, about whose fate Takie Dela wrote last week, received their salaries. 19 employees who were not officially employed did not receive any money. The former owner of the enterprise said that he offered these workers “to take wages in bullshit.”

The former owner of the Kotikovo enterprise, director of JSC Lermontovskoye, Dmitry Goryachev, fired workers on March 31 and stopped the supply of feed to cows. The herd of cows and calves starved for about two weeks until local journalists organized a charity fundraiser to buy food for the animals. By that time, 54 farm workers had not received wages for three months, but continued to work and care for the cows.

The correspondent for “Such Affairs” reported that on April 21, Goryachev issued wage arrears for February and March to those workers who were officially employed. 19 people who worked under a service contract did not receive wages.

“Go to the bankruptcy trustee and the Ministry of Agriculture, I have my employees to whom I must pay wages. And those workers who have not received wages, they themselves do not want to receive it. People were offered to take wages in bullshit, but they refused. People were told: “there is no money,” said Dmitry Goryachev, director of Lermontovskoye JSC.

On April 1, Lermontovskoye JSC terminated the lease agreement for the Kotikovo enterprise, but people continued to work. On Monday, April 24, an electronic auction was held, which was won by Agrofirm Semena LLC, a group of the Skif company (Khabarovsk Territory).

The procedure for transferring the enterprise to a new owner has begun, but today, April 25, the bankruptcy trustee "Kotikovo" received a message from the Federal Antimonopoly Service that the agricultural enterprise from the Primorsky Territory "Grinargo", which was unable to participate in the auction, filed a complaint that its rights were violated and proposes to declare the trading results invalid.

The transfer of Kotikov to the new owner has now been suspended. The complaint will be considered on May 3.

“If a decision is made to invalidate the auction, it will drag on for at least another two months. Then there will be new auctions, what will happen to the workers next, I don’t know yet, I can’t even imagine. So far they are nowhere,” said Kotikova bankruptcy manager Irina Bugrimova.

The new owner, whenever he decides, will face the problem of providing feed for the livestock. Sowing at the Kotikovo farm has not yet begun.
