In Krasnodar, the Kubankapstroy houses will be completed by the Main Investment Company

The Main Investment Company will complete the construction of Kubankapstroy houses in Krasnodar.

This agreement was reached during a meeting between the management of construction companies and participants in shared construction, as reported by the press service of the Krasnodar Territory administration.

General Director of Main Investment Company LLC Maxim Kubasov said that the company is ready to enter the facilities located on the street. Znamensky and Snesarev as an investor and complete their construction.

In May, it is planned to develop a construction schedule for high-rise buildings. The progress of work will be supervised by the department for supervision in the construction sector of the region.

As “Voice of Kuban” reported , shareholders who relied on Kubankapstroy LLC were left without money and apartments. The facility was supposed to be commissioned back in March 2016, but for about two years no work has been carried out on the three buildings located on the street. Znamensky and Snesarev, where the construction of 960 apartments was planned.

The defrauded shareholders repeatedly appealed to the federal authorities and law enforcement agencies with a demand to understand the situation and bring the perpetrators to justice, but there was no serious progress.

According to the department for supervision in the construction sector of the region, Kubankapstroy LLC is working on three multi-apartment residential buildings in Krasnodar, st. them. Writer Znamensky, 9, letters 16 and 16.1, and st. Snesareva, 101, letter 16.2.

For the house, letter 16.1, the completion date was postponed from the first quarter of 2016 to December 2017; for letter 16.2, the building permit was extended for a year - until July 17, 2017. In June 2016, the regional department for supervision of the construction industry reported misuse of funds for a house on the street. Snesareva, 101 (letter 16.2).

The initial deadline for the transfer of apartments letter 16 (22 floors, 420 apartments, total living area - 28.2 thousand sq. m) was set for March 2016; the developer has currently notified that the delivery date has been postponed to the first quarter of 2019.

Let us recall that at the end of last year, the general director of Kubankapstroy LLC announced that it was possible to reach an agreement with Kubanstroyelement LLC to continue construction of a problematic house in Krasnodar on the street. Writer Znamensky, 9 (litera 16).
