In Stavropol, unknown people left the inscription "Traitors from the city" on the wall of the building, where the local headquarters of the leader of the progress of Alexei Navalny is located. This was reported on his Twitter by the head of the election campaign Leonid Volkov.

Volkov noted that the inscription appeared simultaneously with the attack on the blogger Ilya Varlamov at the airport of Stavropol.

According to Mediazona with reference to Varlamov himself, a company of dozen young people met at the entrance to the blogger’s airport, who “threw the cake, doused with green, doused with iodine, and then I no longer understood, the mess began - I got into my eyes, I didn’t see anything.” At the same time, the participants in the attack told Varlamov: "Vali to their America."

The blogger specified that the attackers arrived in two cars and shot events in the video. According to Varlamov, everything happened in front of the police, who were "very surprised" and could not catch anyone.

Varlamov is going to write a statement to the police on the participants in the attack, since, according to him, he was ruined by equipment.

The blogger suggests that the attack was organized by "some pro-government gopniks." Varlamov emphasized that he came to Stavropol as a tourist and was not going to take part in some events. The day before, he announced a visit to the city on his blog.
