In Moscow, hundreds of builders announced many months of non -payment of salaries

The workers of several large construction companies in Moscow turned to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia due to many months of non-payment of salaries, some builders did not receive money for more than six months. The director of the Department of Management of the Ministry of Labor, Alexander Kinin, promised to urgently consider the appeals of the workers. However, human rights activists called on the builders not to rely on the help of the ministry and more often declare a violation of their labor rights.

“So far, the supervisor will not get tired that we call their eyes with our appeals, no company will receive a hat on a hat. We are a living reminder that the money was stolen, ”said Alexander Zimbovsky, a representative of the Interregional Trade Union of the Workers 'Association of the Workers' Association.

According to the activist, the salaries over the past few months have not received several thousand workers. We are talking about construction companies in Moscow and the Moscow region: SK Horizon, SMU 77, SMU INGEOKOM, LLC SK Yuzhuralstroy, LLC SK GlobatEK, LLC SK Vrekr.

The company "Smesh Ingeok" is a subcontractor of JSC "Association Ingeok" during the construction of the Kalinin-Solntsevskaya metro line. Until recently, the company had more than a half -year debt to salaries. However, in early April, after the appeals of metro builders to the court and to the prosecutor’s office, the company still repaid the salary debt in three months. Another small part of the debt “SMU INGEOK” paid on April 25, after the visit of workers to the Ministry of Labor.

According to human rights activists, in this way, the company's management is trying to “get rid” from workers without paying them the debt to the end. “They hope that people will take these crumbs and leave,” said activist Elena Sidorenova.

At the same time, according to one of the builders, about 100 workers have already left Russia, without waiting for payments from the “ingeocom,”.

The interlocutor of Novaya Gazeta said that per month the company was supposed to pay each metro builder about 80 thousand rubles. “We worked seven days a week, 12 hours a day,” the builder said.

Another company that distinguished itself with many months of salaries, according to activist Alexander Zimbovsky, is “horizon” ( engaged in road construction , - ed. ). The words of Zimbovsky confirms the result of the audit of the Horizon SK “Horizon” by the State Labor Inspectorate of Moscow.

According to the supervisory authority, the company has a debt to 528 employees. Only in December 2016, the Horizon SK did not pay its employees more than five million 200 thousand rubles. At the same time, the company's debt to employees in November and October 2016 amounted to three million 113 thousand and 997 thousand rubles, respectively.

In addition, the Horizon SK did not pay the builders the compensation set for delayed the salary, and also did not pay for vacation pay. The State Inspectorate outlined all these data in response to the appeal of the worker Alexander Piskunov about violation of labor rights in the Horizon company. The corresponding document is at the disposal of the editorial office.

According to the estimates of Piskunov himself, the number of the builders who beneficial, as well as the amount of the company's debt to employees is significantly higher. According to him, only he and his acquaintances “horizon” did not pay about a million 300 thousand rubles. “These are wages for 3-4 months,” Piskunov said.

“I worked in the company for more than a year and a half. There were always delays for a month, but since July 2016 they stopped paying us at all. A few months later, people began to quit, I quit in October, ”Piskunov recalls.

At the same time, representatives of the leadership of the Horizon SK, as Piskunov noted, told the workers that the construction department was to blame for everything - allegedly did not transfer money to the company.

Recall that it was this company that built the Schelkovo overpass, the northwestern and northeast chords, the transitions of the Moscow Central Ring (MCC) station and much more. In 2016, the amount of contracts from the capital's construction department won by the Horizon exceeded 5 billion rubles.

To implement the won projects, the company began an active set of employees. At the same time, almost 1.5 thousand people were employed at work. As Zimbovsky previously told Novaya Gazeta, employees were accepted without official registration. At the same time, the builders worked seven days a week, sometimes round day due to the fact that the deadlines for the surrender of objects of the MCC were pressed. Having worked all summer in this mode, the workers of the “horizon” never saw their salary.

New Gazeta reported the situation with systematic massive delays in the company “Smesh Ingeok” repeatedly. Last spring, the delay was about six months. The builders were going to contact the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, but the builder worked as ahead of the lead and pledged to pay the workers all the debt within a month. However, already in October 2016, the company again stopped paying workers. Later, after the next strike, the representative of Ingeoku promised that the company would pay builders to wages. However, the company then paid only a small part of the debt.
