Catching on the lifter

The Yamal governor called Fake our publication about his fishing in the reserve. Why is he wrong?

Governor Yamala Dmitry Kobylkin loves fishing. There is nothing reprehensible in the governor's hobby. It is bad if the official, regardless of that governor, he, the minister, mayor or prosecutor, goes, for example, fishing by helicopter paid by budget money. Even worse - if businessmen paid for air transport and invited the official on board. And it’s really unacceptable if the official throws a fishing rod where fishing is prohibited. In reserves, for example.

Governor Kobylkin apparently understands this. And, apparently, for this reason, he painfully reacted to the publication of the “new”, in which we released videos and photographs about fishing in the Tymyrmyr reserve, “similar to the Governor of Yamal”.

Last week, Dmitry Kobylkin again remembered this publication. He called the video a fake. Kobylkin said to one publication that it was "leisure, it was a day off, there was a prosecutor, there were other guys, we went to the territory of Yamal." Another was clarified by the place of fishing: "This is on the border with Komi, in the Yamal district."

We have every reason to assume that the Governor of Yamala made a geographical mistake. And that's why.

For the first time about fishing in Taimyarsky, back in 1995, by the decision of UNESCO, we wrote the status of a biosphere reserve in December 2015. The publication in which the prosecutor of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexander Gerasimenko was illustrated with a photograph of the prosecutor with an Arctic lifter in his hands.

It was on this photo that we determined the area where photography was carried out. This is the canyon of the Mamonta River. It was there that a picture of the magnificent coastal rocks of the famous Kaluga photographer Vitaly Gorshkov was taken.

The Gorshkov photograph is today posted on the website of the Taimyr Reserve.

We posted a video on which the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug prosecutor was recorded. In the first seconds of the video, an exclamation is heard: "Here they are!" And in the next instant, the camera lens grabs a herd of sheepskin coats, frightened by the noise of helicopter blades. And this is a violation of the operating regime of the reserve. Because the reserve is a specially protected area, where, for example, aircraft and helicopters are forbidden to fly at an altitude below two thousand meters so as not to scare animals.

In December 2015, in the preparation of the publication, we could not identify the voice of a person who exclaimed: “Here they are!” But in February 2017, new videos from the “reserved fishing” got into our disposal. Including with the dialogue of the Governor and Prosecutor of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug, discussing what the ear should be ... And today we have serious reasons to assume that the enthusiastic voice of the passenger of the helicopter who saw the herd of sheeps can belong to the Governor of the Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Kobylkin.

These rocks are characteristic of the shores of the Mamonta River. On the shore of this Taimyr river, apparently, fans of the ears defeated the camp.

But, apparently, this was not the first point in the "safari"-a fisherman campaign. The helicopter still dawned, it seems, landed in another place. Back in December 2015, we had a photograph of a helicopter and prosecutor Yamalo -Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Golz from a slightly different angle.

Obviously, Gerasimenko took a picture with fish against the background of the same coastal rocks, against which a helicopter was photographed. The same coast is recorded on the video, on which a person who looks like Governor of the Yanao Dmitry Kobylkin is caught by the lifter

In the video recording of the preparation of the soup, a helicopter again hit. Interestingly, this is a helicopter with a characteristic red-blue coloring of Taimyr airline.

An analysis of the photo and video materials at our disposal gives us the reason to doubt that the governor of Yamala Dmitry Kobylkin, stating that he was not fishing in the Taimyr reserve in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, does not try to pass the desired for the actual one.
