Everywhere in the photographs next to him is mom. Mom has a beautiful posture and a very peppy voice on the phone. During these two years, she sold, gave and spent everything that they had. And she works endlessly, juggling her work schedule and rehabilitation events of her son.

In the West, rehabilitation begins two hours after the operation, even if a person is in a coma. The sooner you start, the more a person does not have a disabled chance. Now, in the fund, employees are prohibited after eight in the evening to go to the working mail, if there is nothing urgent, they do not work on the weekend, and on vacation they are sent on a forced manner. - You cannot help most of those who need it. Often you want to quit everything and leave?

In 2015, the “living” had 82 wards, which collected more than 15 millions of rubles. This is a lot - in 2010, when the fund was just starting to work, there were three wards. “Living” created four directors of charitable foundations for children, tired of refusing requests for helping adults. But people still did not want to help adults, little money came.

It was then that Victoria Agadzhanova decided to look for her easy job. She just closed her floral salon, which was engaged in the design of exhibitions and offices. I did not want to return to the television journalism, which she was engaged in her small business. A friend called her and said that the “living” charity fund is looking for a person to process the incoming correspondence and write that the fund was closed. “I answered letters of the week for two or three weeks,” says Agadzhanova. - And then she asked if I should definitely close the fund? "

From April 2014 to September 2015, Victoria worked alone. Arithmetic here is simple: more people work, gather more money, more people get help. Now four people are working in the fund, separate money is being collected for their salary : all donations directly to the fund go to pay for treatment or rehabilitation of the wards, although the law allows you to spend 20% of them on the costs of a charitable organization.
