On Tuesday, the lawyer of the "Public Verdict" Irina Biryukova, who met with the Nepomnya and other victims, reported the details of the beating. On April 21, about 60 jailers - both the IK -1 employees and the FSINSKY special forces - forced the prisoners to run along a long corridor and beat the running batons.

Nepomnya did not run, regarding this requirement as illegal. He was returned several times to the beginning of the corridor, and then brought into the camera and began to beat. At least 10 FSINESS in masks participated in the beating. Then the political prisoner was taken to the corridor and put on stretching, after which they continued to beat on the legs, including batons.

Other convicts said that the FSINESS mocked them in fact in the presence of the assistant prosecutor for supervision of the colonies. Then this official declared the opening Vienna Makarov that he was beaten because he wrote complaints.

Biryukova added that the Nepomnyans "holds very well" and wants to achieve the punishment of the FSINESS. "I intend to plant them all, I will go to the end! I'm tired of it all!" - said Politzek.

Meanwhile, on April 26, it became known that the judge of the Zavolzhsky district court of Yaroslavl refused to consider the petition for the Udomnikh, referring to technical inaccuracies. As stated, the paper "will be sent to lawyers for revision."

Later on the same day, the Public Verdict said that he submitted an application to the ECHR on the application of urgent interim measures in order of rule 39 of the court regulations to prevent further mockery of Nepomnya, Vakhapov and Makarov.

On Tuesday in Moscow, single pickets were held at the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office in support of non -remembers and against torture and beatings in the colonies. About 10 people participated in the action, including the former political prisoner Ildar Dadin.
