The Leninsky District Court of Tyumen closed the case of Alexander Kunilovsky, Alexei Malyutin and Mikhail Uvarov for lack of corpus delicti. They were accused of participating in an uncoordinated rally. It is reported by Znak.com.
Earlier, on April 16, the police detained the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, Alexander Kunilovsky, two volunteers, Alexei Malyutin and Mikhail Uvarov, and the organizer of the action, Pyotr Kharitonov. Activists handed out posters of the film “He is not Dimon to you” at special campaign points.
Judge Gusarkova closed the case of Malyutin, Uvarov and Kunilovsky, and also recognized that the administration's response to the notification of the rally on April 16 was illegal, since the mayor's office did not indicate an alternative location in the response to the notification, but simply recommended not to hold the rally. Earlier, the activists told us that the event was approved, but they only meant that they were not offered an alternative place for the action. The hearing of the administrative case against the organizer of the action, Kharitonov, will take place later.
