In Kaliningrad, the police detained two participants in the action #tired. This was reported on the Open Russia website.
The organizers submitted several applications for holding the event in the form of a picket, and one of them was approved by the city authorities. Participants collected appeals to the president in a plastic box. An hour after the start of the action, the police forcefully took away this box, explaining that it had the symbols of Open Russia, and Open Russia was recognized as an undesirable organization. Two activists holding a banner with the movement's logo were also detained.
upd (23:20) According to the information received from the coordinator of Open Russia Yakov Grigoriev, no one was detained in Kaliningrad, three were only handed summons, apparently to the police department. Articles are not yet known, the information is being updated.
