Those detained in Simferopol were given 20 and 15 days of administrative arrest

Alexei Efremov and Dmitry Kisiev, who were detained in Simferopol, were given a day of administrative arrest. Efremov spoke about this by calling the OVD-Info hotline.

According to the activist, today the police officers came to his father's work immediately with witnesses. A protocol was drawn up against Efremov under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of an uncoordinated event), allegedly for the action on March 26, which actually did not take place. The court recognized the claims of the policemen as justified and decided to arrest the activist for 10 days.

upd. 22:28 Efremov was sentenced to another 10 days of arrest under Art. 19.3 - a protocol was drawn up against him under this article. In total, he will have to serve 20 days.

Efremov defends himself, because the court did not satisfy the request to postpone the meeting due to the fact that the lawyer with whom the activist has an agreement is busy in another process - in the administrative case of Dmitry Kisiev, who was also detained . today Kisiev was given 15 days of arrest under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
