The detained OVD-InfoKlabukov was stopped twice today by traffic police inspectors. The first time he was informed that he had received a certain signal on 02, the second time - that he had made a certain sharp turn. The traffic police officer told the activist that his pupils were constricted, his “behavior did not correspond to the situation,” he was “jumping and jumping” and confusing the officer’s thoughts.
The police took Klabukov to a drug dispensary for an examination and, after the examination confirmed that he was not under the influence of drugs, he was released.
