The Lenin court of Tambov fined the coordinator of Open Russia Vladimir Zhilkin for 25,000 rubles. This was announced on April 29 by Twitter Open Russia.

A protocol was drawn up on Zhilkin under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization or a public event without submitting a notification in the prescribed manner about the public event) for the “Tired” campaign.
