The court returned the police report drawn up against human rights activist Dinar Idrisov

The Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg, which is to consider an administrative case against human rights activist Dinar Idrisov (a protocol was drawn up against him under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), has so far returned the materials to the police. As Dinara's defender Inna Sekhniaidze explained to OVD-Info, the material is being rewritten. The court, according to her, will consider the case at 17.00.

Idrisov himself, who was detained on April 29 for filming violations during the execution of administrative protocols, is still in police department No. 22. The court buildings and the police station have been cordoned off by security forces.
