In St. Petersburg and Kazan, the courts on administrative cases over the participants of the action "Tired", organized by "open Russia," are held on administrative cases on April 29. This was reported by the OVD-Info.

The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan considered three administrative cases against two detained participants in the action. Judge Damir Gadyrshin arrested for 10 days the deputy chairman of Open Russia in Tatarstan Daria Kulakov and appointed 36 hours of compulsory work to the activist Laysan Ismagilova. Taking into account the night of Ismagilov, who was held in the police department, will stay under the arrest for nine days. The COAP - 20.2 (violation of the procedure for holding a rally) and 19.3 (disobedience of the police) were drawn up on Kulakov on two articles. In the attitude of Ismagilova, administrative case was excited only under Article 20.2.

In St. Petersburg, the court fined 500 rubles under Article 19.3 of the Coordinator of Open Russia Andrei Pivovarov, a meeting under Article 20.2 was postponed to June 8. The Coordinator of Open Russia, Natalya Gryaznevich under Article 19.3, was fined 800 rubles. The court fined the activist Ekaterina Prokopovich under Article 19.3 by 500 rubles, and the consideration of the case under Article 20.2 was also transferred.

The trial of human rights activist Dinar Idrisov, who was left on April 29 in the St. Petersburg police department No. 22 for the shooting of violations of the rights of the detainees, was postponed to May 2. The meeting in the Idrisov case lasted until five in the morning.

In the evening of April 30, the cases of eight people have not yet been considered. In the Petrograd court, where meetings were held on detainees for shares, they did not let the audience and the support group, and the detainees themselves were brought in the reverse.

The essence of the action "Tired" was to transfer the requirements to the representative offices of Vladimir Putin not to nominate for a fourth term. The shares were accompanied by detentions in St. Petersburg, Tula and Kemerovo.

On April 26, the Prosecutor General’s Office announced “undesirable” organizations to two structures of the former oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky - the “Open Russia” and the Open Russia Network Public Movement, registered in the UK. At the same time, the department stated that there are no complaints about the Russian movement of the same name.

However, the next day in the Moscow headquarters of Open Russia, a search was searched with the seizure of leaflets and office equipment. According to visits, the police received a call with the message that extremist materials were stored in the headquarters. Also, the security forces inspected the personal belongings of the functionaries. Lawyers who arrived for the search were not allowed to the headquarters.
