Detained participants of the LGBT rally in St. Petersburg were taken to the police and reports are being drawn up

Another detainee, Anna Makarova, was taken to the hospital with a concussion.

There are seven people in department 28: Anna Dubrovina, Kirill Fedorov, Valery Sozaev, Veronika Belenkaya, Igor Kochetkov and two who asked not to give their names, one of them is a minor.

In the 43rd police department, they are starting to draw up reports on detainees for violating the procedure for participating in a rally (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code), but they have not yet drawn up reports. 28 One of the participants in the action on Facebook: “The police in the 43rd police department are drawing up reports on us . Not everyone is allowed to read them, supposedly an internal document, oh and ah. They tried to take away the passports, but quickly calmed down. They shouted a little. One officer instructed others to issue fines to detainees who did not have registration. Several employees don’t have badges and don’t want to introduce themselves.”
