On April 27, the project was approved by the working group "Library and Social Media". The libraries were proposed to take it as a basis for the development of their own documents. After the publication applied for comments in the RBA, the document was deleted from the site.

According to the lawyer of the Confederation of Labor Dmitry Yakushev, the draft rules for the conduct of librarians in social networks "Obviously illegal". In November, Izvestia reported that the Ministry of Labor is preparing for civil servants a report on their accounts on social networks, blogs and forums. The obligation of officials to inform in what social networks and under what nicknames they participate with the entry into force on July 1 of the article 20.2 of the Law "On State Civil Service".
