The Russian Ministry of Justice intends to appeal the decision of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which ruled to pay three Russians 95,000 euros, reported . TASS

“The petition to transfer the case to the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Justice will be prepared within the prescribed three-month period,” the agency quotes the words of the press service of the department.

Earlier, the ECHR ordered Russia to pay 95,000 euros to three Russians in connection with the use of violence against them during detention.

Recall that a complaint to the ECHR was filed by Alexander Olisov, Nikita Danishkin and Yuri Zontov. They complained that they had been detained by the police and, prior to their detention being formalized, they had been subjected to physical violence, the purpose of which was to force them to confess to crimes.
