The court fined Dinar Idrisov, who was previously detained, for disobedience to police officers

On May 2, the Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg fined Dinar Idrisov one thousand rubles for disobedience to a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Idrisov was rudely detained on the evening of April 29 in department No. 22, where he arrived to represent the interests of the detainees. They threw him to the floor and handcuffed him. During hearing a court on the night of May 1, the head of the police department, Nikita Kamenshchikov, claimed that Idrisov had broken into his office for a working meeting and could have taken documents on his phone. At the same time, Kamenshchikov allegedly did not see the detention itself and did not comment on it in any way. According to him, he ordered that two employees "receive" Idrisov. When asked by a human rights activist what “accept” means, Kamenshchikov replied: “Take, meet, hug, kiss - who understands how.”
