The ARMA17 promotional group, which organized music parties and festivals, including the Outline Electronic Music Festival, announced the termination of its activities in Russia. This was reported by "Medusa" with reference to the representatives of the group.

“After a series of torn -out events, festivals and parties in Russia,“ Armma ”no longer plans. There will be no Outline festival this year. In the near future, only foreign events are planning the team, ”the Arma17 team commented on the situation with Meduza.

Promoters plan to stop activities temporarily, but when it is renewed, it is still unknown.

On April 29, in St. Petersburg, in space at the Arsenal plant, the nine years of the organization was to be celebrated, but during the installation of equipment, the factory staff turned off the electricity and blocked access to the site. The ARMA17 team did not provide official explanations.

The MIXMAG publication published an audio recording of a conversation in which the organizers of the event Evgeny Sobol and Vasily deater, as well as three men who wished to remain unknown, participate.

One of the men said that there is a certain commission within the framework of the district and the city administration, which consists of representatives of the Russian Guard, the Fire and Sanepidem of the services, the prosecutor's office, and the FSB, which is led by the Committee on the Legality of the Law and the Law of the city of St. Petersburg. This commission decided that the event in this room can be dangerous for people. At the request to present any documents, one of the unknown stated that he had nothing but a passport, where it is said that he was a citizen of the Soviet Union.

“Until now, not a single official document from the administration of the city of St. Petersburg or the owners of Arsenal was provided,” Medusa was told in ARMA17.

In addition to the abolition of the event, the buses settled from Moscow to St. Petersburg on the ARMA17 rave were stopped on the exit from the city and conducted an illegal search. This was told on Facebook by the founder of the telegram channel "First Night" Daniil Volkov.

According to Volkov, about 40 people went from Moscow to St. Petersburg on two minibuses from Moscow to St. Petersburg. On the evening of April 28, traffic police officers stopped the car away from the city and began to search people. According to Volkov, men were “looked into my underpants”, and the girls “in bras”. He conducted an inspection without witnesses, and for an attempt to take a video and photography threatened to break the collarbone. The police also informed the young people that the party was canceled, even before this was told by its organizers.

ARMA17 events were repeatedly broken by the authorities:

• In February in Moscow, the prefecture of the Southeast Administrative District of Moscow demanded to cancel the Brave electronic music party at the Lightning Plant. The organizers argue that the prefecture did not present any documents prohibiting or warning from the event.
• In December, the DATA electronic music concert did not take place due to the fact that the Kuzminskaya district prosecutor's office banned the event. This became known on December 10 in the morning, although on December 9 the organizers received in the Prefecture of the SEAO at a meeting with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Emergencies and the Ministry of Internal Affairs the final permit for the event. A few hours before the party, eyewitnesses reported police officers who warned that the concert was canceled.
• In November, the police unexpectedlyinterrupted the Jet party, supposedly because of the death of the visitor, but this information was not confirmed.
• In July, the International Electronic Music Festival and the new city culture of Outline 2016 was canceled exactly on the day of the day, which many learned from the ads of the loudspeakers in the subway.
  At the event, ARMA17 sold about 12 thousand tickets. Moscow authorities were assigned the guilt for the breakdown of Outline on the organizers. They argued that the application for the festival was submitted late, and that the conditions were not provided in terms of fire safety.
  The organizers, in turn, said that "all year in one form or another were in contact with representatives of the authorities - not that we came to our senses at the last moment and began to frantically cook papers."
