Another organizer of the “Social March” was fined in Samara

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara fined Maxim Fedorov, who was one of the organizers of the Social March, 30,000 rubles. It is reported by "Kommersant".

He was accused of violating Part 3 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (actions that caused interference with the functioning of life support facilities). The trial of Fedorov lasted nine hours, 12 witnesses were interrogated.

• Earlier, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara, under the same article as that of Fedorov, fined Mikhail Matveev, a detained deputy of the Samara Provincial Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, for 30 thousand rubles. He was also the organizer of the "Social March".
• The Samara "Social March", held on April 23, was dedicated to the demand to cancel the latest decisions of the Samara authorities, taken in relation to pensioners and other beneficiaries, which worsen their situation. The protesters also demanded the resignation of the governor of the Samara region Nikolai Merkushkin.
