In the case of a conviction, the artist’s children would be in an orphanage. Due to the threat to the children, Pavlensky and Shalygin explained, and it was decided to emigrate.

According to the artist, Slonina complained to him that the actor "she was strangled, beaten, beats his head against the bath." “When we met,” Pavlensky continued, “he began to provoke a fight.”

The artist also noticed that he had no relationship with the elephant. “There was no violence on our part, there was nothing even similar to violence. What happened ... There was an evening that we spent. Some kind of teenage fuss and that's it,” the artist said, noting that there was no sexual intercourse.

“When we parted, we were convinced that we were in friendly, we also parted on friendly terms,” Pavlensky said.

On January 17, the artist’s lawyer Olga Dinze said that the metropolitan police refused to institute criminal proceedings against the X Pavlensky on the application of the beating of Berezin.
